Information about Intel processor with 32 nm fabrication circulated a few months ago. Now Intel has started marketing the processor with 32 nm manufacturing process. Although still wearing I5 Core, Core I5 661 (Clarkdale code name) is really not too much different from the previous Core I5 with code name Lynnfield.
The most visible difference is I5 Core 661 is a dual-core processor Core I5 while 750 are quad-core processors, same as with another Clarkdale code name processors. In addition, this is the first successfully integrated into the processor graphics processing "home" processor. The rest is the same for both Lynnfield and Clarkdale was built in the Nehalem architecture.
As seen in the physical appearance of this new processor, IHS behind him there are two core, which one is the core processor, while the other is the core of the graphics processor.
With the graphics processor placed on the processor, the processor core will indirectly reduced because the core is occupied by the graphics processor. But to maintain reliable performance, Intel Clarkdale complete accordance with Hyper-Threading capabilities and Turbo Boost (except for the Clarkdale "junior" as Pentium Core i3/ without Turbo Boost and G6950 also has the smallest L3 cache).
